Hourly Kitchen Rental
The Stecoah Valley Food Venture offers an NCDA inspected and Sanitation Graded commercial kitchen to support the development of food-related small businesses. We currently support more than half a dozen local food businesses.
The commercial kitchen is also available on a seasonal basis to private individuals and groups interested in a large kitchen space for activities such as canning or batch meal prep.
The adjoining meeting room also make the commercial kitchen a convenient rental for community meetings, parties, etc.
User Application and Forms
All commercial and regular kitchen users are required to carry a $1,000,000 product liability insurance policy. This policy must name Stecoah Valley Food Ventures as the additional insured. We recommend the Food Liability Insurance Program (FLIP). Food safety training courses such as ServSafe are strongly recommended but not currently required.
Food Truck Commissary
Stecoah Valley Food Ventures offers inspected potable water, modern kitchen equipment, dry storage space for food trucks and other mobile food related businesses.
We have lots of extra elbow room for your food prep as well as all of the cooking equipment and cleaning supplies you need to get you ready for your next big event.
